April 17, 2000 -- Paul Dural, President/C.E.O. of Kirkwood Industries, will be retiring effective June 1, 2000.

We will combine the positions of President/C.E.O. and Chief Operating Officer under one position, President of Kirkwood Industries. L. Thomas Koechley is President of Kirkwood Industries, effective April 17, 2000.
