May 24, 2000, Cleveland, OH -- Kirkwood Industries, Inc. of Cleveland, OH, a global leader in commutation systems, recently announced plans to close its K&B-Mundelein Subsidiary located in Mundelein, IL. This action comes as part of Kirkwood's ongoing strategy to achieve efficiencies through consolidation of their business locations. Transition plans have already begun for the September 1st closing.
