News Kirkwood Industries and Carbone of America Announce Joint Venture

This new venture includes all of the product development, engineering, manufacturing and sales and marketing operations. The new joint venture will be called Carbone Kirkwood LLC. Both organizations presently develop and manufacture carbon products used in automotive, consumer products, industrial, computer peripherals and aerospace applications. The merging of these two industry leaders will enhance their capability to meet market demands and jointly be more competitive.
